This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—meaning we’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a permanent role and become a key player in daily production success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid production downtime
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
- Document repairs and report any recurring issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure machines are running safely and efficiently
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
