Overview
We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to maintain and improve facility flooring through proper cleaning and maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous floor care experience and be skilled in operating floor equipment and performing detailed cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors in commercial or industrial settings
- Perform floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Experience
Previous Floor Technician or floor care experience required
Experience with floor scrubbing, waxing, and polishing preferred
Ability to operate cleaning equipment
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
