Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in our La Vergne area!
Shift:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay rate based on DOE
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding, including robotic welding operations.
Freehand weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
Read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints.
Accurately use a tape measure.
Operate a large belt sander and other shop equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of welding experience.
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and move into various positions while welding.
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and other shop conditions.
