- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree
- 1-3 years in quality management leadership
- Experience in implementing QMS
- Experience leading quality teams
- Quality Management (ISO 9001)
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards
- Energy Management (ISO 50001 preferred)
