Overview
The Make-Ready & Grounds Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the community's overall appearance, safety, and resident satisfaction. This position is directly responsible for transforming vacant apartments into pristine, market-ready homes through professional painting and wall repair, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all common areas, amenities, and exterior grounds.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in apartment turnover, interior painting, or property upkeep is preferred but not required—we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a reliable attitude. Candidates must be comfortable performing interior painting (patching, caulking, and rolling) and physical grounds care, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, working on ladders, and working in outdoor weather. Basic familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment is a plus, and a valid driver's license may be required depending on property layout.
