Overview
Dependable and skilled Welder to join our conveyor manufacturing team.
The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding structural steel components, conveyor
frames, chutes, supports, and related material handling equipment. This position requires the
ability to read fabrication drawings, produce quality welds, and maintain high standards of safety
and workmanship.
Skills and Experience
Experienced welder with expertise in MIG, Flux-Core, stainless steel, and aluminum welding for conveyor systems and material handling equipment. Skilled in reading blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols to accurately fabricate and assemble structural steel components, including frames, platforms, supports, and chutes. Proficient in setting up and operating welding and fabrication equipment, inspecting weld quality, preparing materials, and working closely with fitters to ensure precise assembly. Committed to maintaining production schedules, following OSHA and company safety standards, and keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment while reporting equipment or production issues as needed.
