Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Packers at our metal stamping facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidates who are willing to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Package stamped metal parts according to customer specifications
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure products meet requirements
- Remove excess material or perform basic finishing as needed
- Label and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Available shifts: 6AM - 2:30PM & 2:30PM - 11:00

Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
