Pay: $75,000–$95,000/year
The Operations Manager oversees daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety goals are consistently achieved. This position works closely with production, maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Monitor production schedules and productivity goals
- Manage staffing, performance, and employee development
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards
- Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate across departments to support business objectives
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Experience managing manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
