Overview

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
Oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with NEC codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Track project costs, manage change orders, and prepare client billings.
Allocate resources, including staff and materials, to ensure efficient execution.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Lead and support project teams and subcontractors on-site.
Resolve challenges and delays to keep projects on track.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Skills

Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, codes, and construction processes.
Proven project management experience within the electrical or construction industry.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
