 Maintain accurate records related to production, orders, inventory, and
vendor accounts.
 Lead, mentor, and develop a customer service team responsible for order
entry, issue resolution, and client communication.
 Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring timely and professional
resolution.
 Build strong relationships with customers, and retailers.
