Overview
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Pull orders and assist customers in locating the parts they need
Navigate and utilize the Sage computer system
Perform basic Microsoft Excel tasks
Assist with inventory ordering and stock management
Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive attitude
Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
Experience with Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to lift and pull customer orders as needed
Previous sales, customer service, or parts counter experience is a plus, but not required
