Overview

We are hiring experienced operators with Raymond, Crown, Toyota, Yale, or similar equipment experience. - $17.50–$21.25 per hour (based on reach truck assessment and shift)

What You’ll Do as a Reach Truck Operator
- Safely operate a stand up reach truck in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Move, stack, pick, and retrieve materials from high level warehouse racking
- Load, unload, stage, and transport products throughout the facility
- Accurately complete assigned orders while preventing product and equipment damage
- Perform daily equipment inspections before operating the reach truck
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Work overtime as needed based on business demands
- Successfully complete a hands on reach truck driving assessment during the interview process
** Previous experience operating Raymond, Crown, Toyota, Yale, or similar reach truck equipment is preferred. **
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might Have:
- Previous stand up reach truck operating experience
- Experience operating Raymond, Crown, Toyota, Yale, or similar reach truck equipment
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, pacers, or deep reach trucks
- Experience retrieving, placing, and moving pallets in high level warehouse racking
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to successfully complete a hands on reach truck driving assessment
