Overview

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team and help drive excellence within our Electrical Department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical team to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
Oversee installation and wiring of cable trays, generators, switches, panelboards, HVACs, and load centers.
Inspect work throughout production to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to electricians.
Perform occasional hands-on troubleshooting and repairs.
Review and verify team time sheets and production notes.
Collaborate with Production Managers, Engineering, and other departments on project needs.
Assist with preventative maintenance of plant and office facilities (including LO/TO when required).

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

High School Diploma (required).
Valid driver’s license, with ability to pass background check and drug screen.
10+ years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years of formal technical training.
Strong knowledge of NEC building codes, NFPA-70E safety guidelines, blueprint/technical drawing interpretation, and construction math.
Proficient with hand/power tools, conduit bending, panel/UPS systems, and control wiring.
Previous field installation experience preferred.
Ability to perform physical requirements: climbing, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime, including weekends, when necessary.
