What You’ll Do:
- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and sizing techniques on the line.
- Maintain a steady, high-efficiency pace to hit clear daily production goals.
- Work comfortably in a clean, cool indoor facility with a dedicated team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in poultry processing, specifically with trimming, cutting, and sizing.
- Comfort working in a cool, wet environment at a fast production pace.
- Previous experience in meat processing, specifically with poultry trimming, cutting, and sizing
- Knowledge of product marination processes
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet production environment
