What You’ll Do as a Sales Manager:
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within your designated territories and target sectors.
- Nurture strong, long-term relationships with end users, system integrators, distributors, and strategic channel partners.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, navigating projects smoothly from the initial discovery phase through to proposal creation, negotiation, and successful closing.
- Partner closely with internal engineering and applications teams to formulate tailored technical proposals, financial ROI analyses, and product demonstrations.
- Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and maintain highly accurate customer records and sales forecasts within the CRM platform.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Automation, or a closely related field.
- At least 3+ years of professional B2B sales or account management experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically selling industrial robotics, automation systems, or high-value capital equipment.
- A proven track record of securing new business and managing complex, multi-tiered customer relationships.
- Familiarity with system integrators, distributors, and OEMs, preferably with an existing network in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
