Location: Broussard, LA
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality, precision-machined parts? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Broussard, LA. CNC machining experience is required. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays available during busy periods
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision parts
- Machine and repair valves and other oilfield components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- CNC machining in a manufacturing environment
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
- Basic shop math and accurate measurements
- Hand tools and machine setup
- Industrial safety procedures
Preferred experience includes:
- Mazak or Mazatrol controls
- Program editing and machine offsets
- Tool setup and insert changes
- Threading and grooving operations
- Quality control and inspection processes
- Metalworking and machining terminology
