Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team, building high-quality wooden pallets, crates, and panels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials to create pallets, crates, and panels.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and saws safely and effectively.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
- Assist with loading, stacking, and preparing products for shipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Cross train in different departments

A Shift
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
B Shift
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
C Shift
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
D Shift
- Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Skills and Experience
Work Experience
- Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math for measurements.
- Experience using power tools, hammers, and pneumatic nail/staple guns preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills
