Delivery & Setup: Assists with loading the delivery truck for daily routes. Safely unloads and carries merchandise into the customer's home or business, and completes assembly and setup as necessary.
Driver Support: Ensures safe vehicle operation by assisting the delivery truck driver, which includes acting as a spotter to direct trucks into tight unloading zones.
Customer Service: Obtains customer signatures on receipts upon pickup or delivery. Performs basic customer service inspections and minor on-site repairs of furniture if needed.
Warehouse Operations: Unloads oncoming merchandise from freight trucks. Places stock on shelves, racks, or the showroom floor, and helps set up promotional displays.
Maintenance: Performs general maintenance and groundskeeping duties to ensure the store interior, warehouse, and exterior grounds stay clean and compliant with the company's Delivery Standards.

Heavy Lifting: Must be physically capable of regularly exerting heavy effort—pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying furniture and materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
