We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manor, Texas area. If you’re passionate about keeping equipment running smoothly, solving mechanical issues, and staying ahead with preventative maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Hiring for these available shifts:
B Shift
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6pm - 6am
Wednesday: 6pm-12am
D Shift
Wednesday: 12am-6pm
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6pm-6am
What you'll do as: Maintenance Technician
- Proficiently diagnose, test, and maintain production equipment according to manufacturer’s and company specifications.
- Record and maintain maintenance records accurately.
- Maintain Air Industrial Compressor to prevent production schedule delays.
- Follow manuals and drawings for equipment maintenance.
- Disassemble/reassemble machinery for repairs.
- Repair or replace broken components.
- Examine parts for defects and test machinery operation.
- Clean lubricate, and adjust parts.
- Order parts and demonstrate equipment functions to operators.
- General facilities maintenance
- Equipment Safety and Reporting
- Address and report equipment defects promptly.
- Follow procedures, policies, and equipment instructions.
- Speak up about unsafe conditions or acts.
Skills and Experience
The preferred candidate should have the following:
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Able to travel to other Locations
- Ability to train others
- Industrial and commercial electrician experience is a plus
- Industrial PM experienced
- Be willing to work flexible hours
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
