What You’ll Do as a Production Planner:
- Develop, maintain, and improve assembly and production processes.
- Drive production schedules and resolve process-related issues.
- Partner with Quality Engineers on process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support new product introductions and engineering projects.
- Provide production-ready documentation and assist with equipment setup/calibrations.
- Monitor equipment performance, perform minor adjustments, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (ISO standards).
- Lead team members in efficiency and process improvements.
- Conduct spot checks to maintain product quality.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
- Ability to read/interpret technical documents, schematics, and instructions.
- Proficient in monitoring production flow and coordinating schedules.
- Comfortable standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working in a hands-on environment.
