Overview

  • Scan, file, and organize HR-related documents, including employee records, onboarding forms, and compliance paperwork.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate HR staff members.
  • Assist with preparing, updating, and managing employee information in HR databases and systems.
  • Support the HR team in daily tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Monitor and manage the flow of HR-related documents to ensure timely processing and confidentiality.
  • Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and distributing internal documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or department leads.

Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or HR support roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in spanish and english.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional setting.
