What you'll do as: Sandblaster Helper
- Assisting in plate blasting equipment operation
- Loading and unloading steel plates
- Inspecting blasted materials for cleanliness
- Identifying equipment malfunctions
- Performing general housekeeping duties
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Ability to work around heavy equipment
- Basic understanding of material handling and safety practices
- Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes
- Knowledge of plate blasting and surface preparation processes
