What You'll Do as a Composite Specialist:
- Assemble and manufacture composite components used in aircraft interiors
- Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications
- Prepare materials and surfaces for assembly and finishing processes
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate, trim, and repair composite parts
- Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
- Work with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
