Manufacturing Shift Supervisor (3rd Shift)
We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Shift Supervisor to lead production teams on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role directs technicians, production employees, maintenance staff, shipping, housekeeping, and quality control teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily production schedules, quality standards, and safety policies
- Coordinate workflow and staffing across departments
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees
- Enforce SOPs, food safety, and housekeeping standards
- Manage resources, supplies, and equipment to meet company goals
Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with production planning or enterprise systems a plus
- 2 years experience
