What you'll do as: Box Header Pipe Fitter
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Measure, cut, and fit pipe components
- Assemble pipes, fittings, and valves for welding
- Conduct visual inspections for quality control
- Operate cutting torches and fabrication tools
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a pipe fitter or industrial fitter
- Knowledge of pipe fabrication and fitting procedures
- Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systems
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read welding symbols
- - Must pass Plate Test: 1” plate test, Mig welded in 1G position with fill and cap
- Must pass UT and X-ray
