Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides essential office support to ensure smooth daily operations within a fast-paced lumber and building materials environment. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting management, and assisting with customer and vendor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and document preparation
- Support inventory tracking, purchase orders, and billing documentation
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff as needed
