Job Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive components according to production standards
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Perform quality inspections and maintain production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for some positions
- Forklift or crane experience required for applicable roles
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
