Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and motivated Human Resources Floor Representative to support our workforce during 2nd shift operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing HR support while helping maintain a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to support employees and supervisors.
- Assist with employee relations matters and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor attendance and assist with attendance-related processes.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire integration.
- Answer employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Partner with management to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Staffing, Administrative Support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
