What You’ll Do as an Apartment Cleaner:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, lobbies, and clubhouse floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, windows, doors, and furniture in common areas.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in designated areas.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms and the clubhouse as needed (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
- Spot clean walls, windows, and glass doors.
- Maintain outdoor entryways to keep them free of trash, debris, and dirt.
- Safely operate a company golf cart to transport cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all cleaning is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Comfortable and responsible in operating a company golf cart.
