The Ōnin Group is hiring a Recruiter for our Albuquerque office.

What You Will Do
As a Recruiter, you will help connect job seekers with employment opportunities. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Interviewing candidates
- Making outbound calls
- Reviewing applications and resumes
- Scheduling interviews
- Communicating with clients and teammates
- Helping candidates complete the onboarding process
- Following up with employees and clients
- Maintaining accurate notes and records in our system
- Supporting the team with recruiting and office needs

Skills and Experience
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of computer experience
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- A genuine desire to help people
