Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented individual for a 3-month temporary
assignment in the Columbia, SC area. You will work 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) directly
at our plant, reporting to the Site Sanitation Manager. Your primary focus is updating
Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) using a company-provided template
Skills and Experience
Strong technical writing or documentation skills.
High attention to detail for formatting and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and template utilization.
Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
Prior food safety, manufacturing, or sanitation experience preferred.
Comfortable wearing company-provided PPE (e.g., safety glasses, safety boots, hairnets, hearing protection).
Standing for long periods of time while observing floor operations.
Walking across the plant floor to audit different production lines.
Tolerating low temperatures routinely during the shift.
