We are currently looking for Production Associates to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will have a vital role in our manufacturing process, specifically in the field of injection molding. What are the benefits? 1st shift 7am-3:30pm $12.50/hr, 2nd shift 3-11:30pm $13.20/hr,3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am $13.50 per hour $1.50 increase upon hiring on with company Casual dress code Weekly pay Access. Operate and maintain injection molding machines to create high-quality products Set up molds and ensure proper alignment and functionality. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for efficiency and quality Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during production Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow and timely order completion. Adhere to safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized
