Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced warehouse environment in the Stow, Ohio area! If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment, and working in a team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company with long-term potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the facility
- Pick and transport products to designated staging and work areas
- Inspect materials for damage, quality, and accuracy
- Identify products by part number or written descriptions
- Move materials onto pallets, shelving, and storage locations
- Count, weigh, and record inventory and materials handled
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Support daily warehouse and production operations as needed
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous reach truck experience required
- Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
