About the Role
We’re looking for a service-minded, people-first Team Relations Representative (TRR) to join our team! In this role, you’ll work onsite with one of our top client partners, serving as the key advocate and support system for our teammates.
As a TRR, you’ll handle teammate questions, address workplace concerns, and help build a strong, positive team culture. You'll also conduct employee investigations, provide coaching and counseling, and be a crucial bridge between our teammates and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for teammate support, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Conduct investigations, provide coaching, and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR to promote Positive Team Culture, communicate benefits, and recognize team achievements.
- Maintain accurate records, support performance management, and coordinate teammate development efforts.
- Analyze workplace trends, assist onsite leadership, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Skills and Experience
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or related fields (staffing industry experience a plus!).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence.
- Conflict resolution, coaching, and team-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in G Suite, and HR systems.
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
Flexibility to work 1st and 3rd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
