- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (Saturday Overtime as needed, 6am - 2:30pm)

Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or general labor is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train motivated individuals
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, sanders)
- Ability to measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other tools (test required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
- Must be safety-minded and able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
- Willingness to work in a physically active, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
