What you'll do as: Equipment Operator Lead
- Troubleshooting equipment
- Performing minor equipment repairs
- Managing line head count
- Executing AM systems
- Inspecting equipment
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience in food safety and quality standards
- Ability to communicate and problem solve during shifts
- Experience in managing production documentation
- Knowledge of 6S and Quick changeover standards
- Experience in coaching and providing feedback to associates
