What You’ll Do as a Carpentry Associate:
• Interpret work orders and technical drawings to complete assigned tasks
• Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Support production across roles such as assembly, CNC operation, inventory, or quality checks
• Verify measurements and ensure finished products meet specifications
• Monitor materials and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times
