What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Set up and adjust machinery for wrapping and packaging fresh baked products
- Ensure proper slicing, handling, and packaging to meet quality standards
- Check and maintain correct labeling and coding
- Replenish packaging supplies and keep your area clean and organized
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a high-performance team
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in a food production environment
- Ability to meet CDC Food Handling and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Able to read, understand, and follow production schedules in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, food-safe environment
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
