Overview

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete production tasks
• Accurately read and interpret a tape measure
• Conduct routine product quality checks to ensure specifications are met
• Lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds
• Remain physically active throughout the shift, including standing, bending, and kneeling as required

• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand how machines and tools function
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting
• High attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are consistently met
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently
• Comfort using hand tools and other equipment in a hands-on work environment
