Winsupply is a large distribution company that supplies products for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, waterworks, and industrial projects. Their Aurora location is a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center that focuses on shipping products accurately and efficiently to businesses and job sites. They are looking for dependable teammates who want to grow long-term with the company and be part of a strong warehouse team.
Available Shifts (Monday-Friday):
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Job Duties
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Operate stand-up and sit-down clamp trucks
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers
- Pick, sort, pack, and stage customer orders
- Perform inventory counting and auditing
- Operate shrink-wrap machinery
- Use RF scanners for warehouse tracking
- Maintain quality control and warehouse organization
- Assist with general warehouse duties and heavy lifting (up to 35 lbs.)
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- MUST have experience operating:
- Stand-up reach trucks
- Stand-up clamp trucks
- Sit-down clamp trucks
- Experience with RF scanners, inventory, and quality control preferred
- Reliable transportation required (no bus access available)
- Strong attendance and a teamwork mindset
- Looking for candidates interested in long-term employment
Hiring Requirements
- 10-panel drug screen required (THC included)
- 7-year background check
- No felonies
- No violent charges
- No DUIs
- Backgrounds within the last 7 years will be reviewed
Additional Information
- PPE provided onsite
- Candidates must complete a second interview with the client
- Upon arrival, candidates should enter through the WILL CALL door and check in with the manager on duty.
