Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital & Offset Press Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing single-color and full-color printing presses, both offset and digital, as well as bindery equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, knowledge of prepress processes including computer-to-plate (CTP) operations, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and repair offset and digital printing presses
- Run and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and finishers
- Perform computer-to-plate (CTP) operations and prepress setup
- Monitor print quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy throughout production
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience operating offset and/or digital printing presses
- Knowledge of bindery equipment and processes
- Familiarity with computer-to-plate (CTP) operations
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
