Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in the Cullman, Alabama area! Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people find work opportunities? We are looking for a motivated recruiter who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Recruiting and interviewing candidates
Assisting teammates through the hiring and onboarding process Posting jobs and sourcing candidates
Conducting phone screens and follow-up calls
Building relationships with clients and teammates
Assisting with orientations and employee support
Maintaining accurate notes and communication in the system
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred Professional attitude and reliable attendance
