Depending on your skills and interests, you may work in one or more of the following areas as the Screen Print Department continues to grow:
- Set up and operate screen printing, heat press, or Direct-to-Film (DTF) equipment
- Load and unload garments while maintaining production pace and quality standards
- Inspect garments for print quality, placement, color accuracy, and defects
- Prepare screens, artwork files, inks, and materials for production runs
- Support imaging and pre-press operations, including screen preparation and setup
- Read production orders and artwork specifications to ensure accurate printing
- Count, organize, tag, bundle, and package finished garments for shipment
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on production equipment
- Cross-train in multiple production areas and learn new manufacturing skills
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing, warehouse, printing, or machine operation experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills are helpful for certain positions
- Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications
