Overview
Due to increasing manufacturing demands, we are looking to hire an additional Material Handler for full-time positions in Hutto, TX! This role has a starting pay rate of $18/hr and a Monday through Friday, 8 am-430pm schedule.
Individuals will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct daily inventory counts, including participating in a full warehouse audit of all products and materials on premises
- Daily operation of one or all of the following: Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Electric Order Picker
- Moving materials upwards of 50lbs or 100lbs (2-man lift) and staging throughout the warehouse
- Some use of RF scanners to pull products for shipment
Skills and Experience
Qualified applicants for this position will possess some or all of the following:
- Forklift Certification
- Previous Inventory Control and/or Shipping experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs individually or upwards of 100lbs with a 2-man lift
- Must be confident in their computer use; previous WFS experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a Lean facility is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years working in a general warehouse or shipping role
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
