Onin Staffing is seeking an experienced Injection Mold Technician to join our injection molding team in Jacksonville, FL. This position plays a key role in preparing and maintaining molds to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and smooth machine operation.

What You’ll Do As A Injection Mold Technician
- Perform mold set-ups and changeovers for injection molding machine
- Verify proper machine operation and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot molding and process-related issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance on molds and equipment
- Read and follow setup sheets, process instructions, and production schedules
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and output
- Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed during setup and production
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring As A Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding mold setup
- Strong mechanical and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret setup sheets and work instructions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
