Your Daily Impact
As our Staffing Supervisor, you'll be the critical connection between our associates and client success. We'll provide comprehensive training while you:
- Guide daily operations ensuring smooth production flow for multiple client departments
- Build relationships with client supervisors as their trusted staffing partner
- Develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce planning systems
- Champion safety standards and quality metrics
- Identify high performers for permanent placement opportunities
What You Bring
We value experience over credentials. Success in retail management, hospitality supervision, warehouse operations, or team coordination translates perfectly to this role.
Essential qualifications:
- Experience leading teams or coordinating workflows (any industry)
- Comfort with technology including tablets and scheduling systems
- Problem-solving mindset with confident decision-making abilities
- Genuine interest in helping others succeed and advance
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
