What You'll Do: Welder

- Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards
- Grind, clean, and prepare surfaces before and after welding
- Maintain welding tools and equipment
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Operate pipe cutters and torch
- Soldering
- Quality checking
- Layout equipment based on drawings

Skills and Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

- Previous welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
- Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Experience in HVAC & refrigeration
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in teams
- Basic mathematical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
