What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Associate:
- Execute precision inspections of export containers, ensuring they are properly staged, loaded, and secured according to company standards.
- Manage detailed photo-documentation and reporting to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of every shipment.
- Oversee the manifesting and sealing process for outbound cargo to maintain strict compliance and security.
- Utilize modern RF devices and tablets to track inventory movements and reconcile container data in real-time.
- Maintain a proactive focus on safety protocols to protect both your teammates and the high-value inventory we handle.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Mastery of SOPs related to inspecting, staging, and manifesting export containers.
- Comfort and efficiency operating RF scanners and tablet-based inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of documentation practices with a commitment to 100% accuracy.
