Overview
Oversee the operation of the sorting machine and ensure all processes run smoothly.
Monitor workflow to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Ensure team members follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of production, downtime, and issues.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor machine or process concerns.
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Work schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Fridays as needed; and a partial day every other Saturday.
Skills and Experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team.
Experience operating or overseeing machinery in a production or warehouse environment.
Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues quickly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both team members and management.
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
