- Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings
- Mentor and train other Technicians and Apprentices
What you'll do as: Electrical Tech
- Troubleshooting through PLC’s
- Writing program changes
- Fixing process issues
- Programming and replacing VFD’s
- Retrieving and downloading programs into HMI’s
Skills and Experience
Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Experience with electrical equipment including PLC’s, wiring, motor starters, switches, motors, actuators, valves
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and electrical and instrument test equipment
- Experience with machine shop equipment including drills, grinders, and cut-off saws
- Experience conducting training for other associates
